We had a big storm blow through in the spring, and my roof leaked into our living room. I called Shamrock roofing and their sales professional Jeremiah came out immediately. He got on my roof looked at our situation. Helped me pick up the Phone and navigate through my insurance company on getting a claim completed and an adjuster to come out. Everything was professional and organized, and when the adjuster came out, he was there ahead of time and the whole process was 100% seamless.
He handled The meeting with the adjuster for And before I knew it, I had a roof in two weeks. When the job was complete, the follow up from Jeremiah and Shamrock roofing was beyond my expectations. I would recommend

Inot only did he clean debris from the gutters screens, but he removed them to clean the interior of the gutter ( great attention cto detail!as well, ; above& beyond he took the extra time to wipe down several sun roofs, while up on his ladder t; knowing I could trust his honesty pertaining to my roof, Trent took photos & I’ve amnow focused & requesting additional work & estimate on some worn down shingle replacement. Trent inspected my roof, cleaned the gutters ( house& garage, separate structure) THE COMPANY will remain in my contact list for ALL future jobs pertaining to the exterior of my 2-story brick,83yo house. So much so that a friend staying at my house at the time also signed a contract that evening. We were not disappointed. Done on time, met the quote and our roofs past all inspections first time. Very respectful of our properties and responsive to questions and concerns.
